1 French Loaf
2 cups of White Chocolate
Butter
4 Eggs
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
½ cup Heavy Cream
½ cup Sour Cream
Sprinkle of Nutmeg
1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
Fresh, Organic Blueberries
PREPARATION (5-10 minutes)
1. In a bowl, beat 4 eggs, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ½ cup heavy cream, ½ cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoon of brown sugar and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
2. Slice the french loaf in 1” slices and dip each slice into the egg mixture.
3. Cook the slices on a lightly greased non-stick pan until golden brown.
4. In a saucepan with low fire, mix a ½ stick of butter and 2 cups of white chocolate until melted.
5. If desired, drizzle the melted white chocolate and sprinkle the fresh blueberries on top of the cooked french toast.
6. Serve and enjoy poetically.
